MO chucks can be easily fixed on a plate fixture for quick changes.
Benefit of Built-in Cylinder
The cylinder on inside of chuck is connected to chuck itself to achieve better stability, take up less space and maintain higher machining efficiency.

Realizing High Precision and Wear Resistance
Chuck body made by Cr-Mo-Alloy steel. Its well hardened guide-ways realize high precision and wear-resisting performance. It is specially suitable for heavy-duty machining and accuracy.

Automatic Operation
It can be controlled by M-code for auto loading system.

Flange Design
The flange makes it easy to be locked on T-slot of worktable.

Hard Jaws and Soft Jaws are Interchangeable with those of CNC Lathes
Hard jaws and soft jaws are same as those of CNC lathes, therefore they are interchangeable to reduce cost of spare jaws. Master jaws at 1.5mm by 60° serration pitch.

Dust-proof and Waterproof
Dust-proof and waterproof structure prevents workshop and coolant residue from entering into the inside of chucks.
Longer life and higher efficiency can be achieved.
